The handoff
On 16 September, Ryan Fox, principal engineer on Muse, wrote that the outbound-call trial for US businesses had expanded. Alexandr Wang announced that the phone trial was expanding. The internal notice 404 Media reported on 22 September leaves that same request with a trained person. That person places the call. The user receives a transcript and a summary.[1]
The notice calls the setup a confidential pre-launch product. It describes the request passing to a person. It does not publish the rule for which request brings that person in.[1]
The text that comes back
The result the notice promises the user is a transcript and a summary. Those two texts carry the request and the outcome. The speaker's name is absent.[1]
On the same board, employees asked for a setting a user can switch. One of them did not count contractor training as a security mechanism. That is an employee's objection. The notice 404 Media describes has no line on the transcript saying whether a person took the call, and no rule limiting who opens the request.[1]
