Siri AI starts today as an English beta on iOS 27, with EU and China left out
Apple said Siri AI is rolling out today as an English beta with iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27 and visionOS 27, with French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish due next month. MacRumors and 9to5Mac both place the public iOS 27 download on 14 September. 9to5Mac adds hardware, under-13, EU and China limits that Apple's notice does not spell out in the same list.

Apple's own rollout notice
Apple's 14 September newsroom notice says Siri AI, described as a rebuilt assistant with personal context, on-screen awareness and systemwide app actions, is rolling out today as an English beta on iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27 and visionOS 27. It requires an Apple Intelligence-enabled device set to a supported language. Apple said support for French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish is coming next month. The notice does not itself list an under-13 ban or name the EU and China as excluded territories.[1]
MacRumors: the download is today, the EU wait is not
Joe Rossignol writes that iOS 27 is available today around 10 a.m. Pacific. The story says iOS 27 itself runs on iPhone 11 and newer, but Siri AI and other Apple Intelligence features stay on iPhone 15 Pro and newer. It describes a dedicated Siri app, on-screen awareness and more app actions, English-only at the start, daily usage limits and a later paid expansion. MacRumors also says Apple has not initially offered the feature on iOS, iPadOS and watchOS in the EU.[2]
9to5Mac's hardware, age and territory list
Ryan Christoffel's 14 September report says Siri AI needs iPhone 15 Pro or newer, with some advanced features limited to iPhone 17 Pro and later. All Apple-silicon Macs and Vision Pro models are supported; iPads need A17 Pro or newer; any Apple Watch that can run watchOS 27 can use Siri AI when paired as required. Apple TV and HomePod are not included. The same story says the feature is blocked for users under 13, with no parental-permission exception, and is unavailable in the EU and China. It quotes Apple saying it is working to find a path that preserves privacy and security in the EU, and that China is a regulatory-requirements wait. That 14 September English rollout is the same public iOS 27 start Apple announced and MacRumors timed around 10 a.m. Pacific.[3], [1], [2]
