The hazard ratio reached 2.39 in the women with a body mass index under 30

In a cohort of 2,939,364, endometriosis carried a 46 per cent higher hazard of type 2 diabetes. The interesting number sits in the subgroups, where the association is strongest among the women a clinic would rank as lowest risk, and where unequal testing would look exactly the same.

The K2's new shield has cleared DAPA; it reaches the field in 2033

In South Korea, DAPA approved two programmes on the same day: a shield that lets the tank defend itself, and twice the reach at sea. Both buy distance from cheap precision munitions, and both land in 2033 and 2034.

The segment that grew 91 per cent is guided lower

Cardinal Health closed fiscal 2026 on 254.2 billion dollars of revenue and non-GAAP earnings of 11.26 dollars a share, and now asks for 12.40 to 12.60 dollars in fiscal 2027. The same guidance takes last year's fastest-growing medical segment down to 200 to 220 million dollars.

Two balance sheets for one buildout: NVIDIA arranges collateralised credit while Intel raises equity

The compute financing platforms NVIDIA plans with six large asset managers shift the weight of the AI buildout onto third-party balance sheets. Intel announced a share offering of 15 billion dollars the same day. The two routes assign the loss differently if the revenue does not arrive as expected.

Two clocks 40 micrometres apart agreed on a rhythm, and the sample said why

Frequency locking between two remote spin ensembles is the observation. That spin transport carries it is an inference resting on the agreement of two lengths, and the experiment can be pushed until that agreement either follows or fails.

Two sessions moved the September hike from 44.4 per cent to 51.7 per cent, and gold did not step aside

Friday's payroll number took the September hike out of the price. By Monday's late trading most of it was back, and the path ran through crude rather than through labour. What gold did while that happened says which risk the market is hedging.

What sets the 129-day forecast ceiling is the sunlight coming in

A new estimate puts the outer limit of weather predictability at 129 days by asking how long the atmosphere takes to replace its own energy. That is a ceiling on information, and it says more about what forecasting cannot buy than about what it will.

Where does the Claude watermark stop?

Anthropic said on Monday that its new Claude models embed a mark readers cannot see into generated text, and that the mark travels with copy-paste. In the same account the company says heavy editing, paraphrase and translation remove it, and that finding a mark does not show Claude wrote the passage. On the same day Meta published a 30 billion parameter model under the Apache 2.0 licence for people to run on their own machines.

Which line of the anniversary statement has already moved goods?

The joint statement gathers a year of concrete results into two items: the transit restrictions Azerbaijan lifted and the grant to the Trans-Caspian Enterprise Fund. The corridor that gives the arrangement its name still appears in the text as a planned route.

A burning tank in Zawiya, a car bomb in Benghazi: two sides of Libya

Sequential strikes hit Libya's largest operating refinery west of Tripoli while Haftar's intelligence chief was killed in Benghazi; no perpetrators were publicly named.
