Recurring revenue accelerates in newer products
Salesforce reported second-quarter revenue of 11.3 billion dollars, up 11 per cent, while Agentforce annual recurring revenue grew more than 240 per cent and crossed 1.5 billion dollars. CrowdStrike annual recurring revenue rose 25 per cent to 5.84 billion dollars, and net new annual recurring revenue climbed 51 per cent to a company record of 332.8 million dollars. Cash generation reinforces reported earnings
Salesforce free cash flow rose 81 per cent to 1.1 billion dollars, while current remaining performance obligation increased 14 per cent to 33.5 billion dollars. CrowdStrike narrowed its GAAP operating loss from 105.5 million dollars to 33.2 million dollars while reporting 530.3 million dollars of operating cash flow and 377.4 million dollars of free cash flow. Salesforce raised its full-year revenue target to 46.1-46.4 billion dollars. CrowdStrike projected annual revenue of 5.99-6.01 billion dollars. Okta lifted its full-year revenue outlook to 3.216-3.226 billion dollars and set a third-quarter target of 813-817 million dollars.
