DLF sells all 172 homes in its first retirement-living project
DLF sold all 172 homes at The Aureva in Gurugram, its first retirement-living development, with sales bookings of 19.85 billion rupees. The company completed sales within days of introducing the project to channel partners. The launch contributes to its financial-year sales target after a sharp fall in April–June bookings, when it had no fresh project launches.

All 172 retirement homes are booked
Indian property developer DLF announced on 4 October that The Aureva, its first retirement-living project, had sold out. All 172 homes in Gurugram’s Sector 63 were booked, generating approximately 19.85 billion rupees in sales bookings. The development combines housing with healthcare, wellness and shared social facilities for life after retirement.[1], [2]
Buyer interest arrived within days of the introduction
Sales were completed within days of a channel-partner introduction on 25 September. Aakash Ohri, managing director and chief business officer of DLF Home Developers, said 406 confirmed expressions of interest arrived in the first 48 hours. About 65% of buyers came from the National Capital Region and more than 20% were non-resident Indians, he said; the remainder came from other Indian cities and overseas locations.[1]
The launch adds bookings after a weak June quarter
The Aureva is DLF’s first residential launch of the financial year. The company has a 200 billion rupee sales target for the financial year ending in 2027 and launches of roughly that value lined up across Gurugram, Mumbai and Goa. Its April–June new sales bookings had fallen to 6.57 billion rupees from 114.25 billion a year earlier, in the absence of fresh launches.[1]
The retirement development is planned as a single tower with 45 floors above the ground floor. DLF’s plans include a professionally managed on-site medical centre with emergency-response support. Ohri described the homes as combining healthcare, hospitality and community services, alongside the residential space.[1]
