SK Telecom turns photos into a searchable archive, including Meta glasses
SK Telecom added A. log to its A. app. It analyses photos and produces titles, descriptions and tags so images can be searched by time or keyword and grouped as receipts, whiteboards and parking spots. A. log works with every model of Meta AI glasses and with Android phones; the company says photos stay on the user's device. Circleback opened a free plan with unlimited transcription and 30 days of history and cut its cheapest paid plan from 20.83 dollars to 15 dollars a month billed annually.

Titles, tags and search from photos
SK Telecom has added a feature called A. log to its A. app. It analyses the information in photos and automatically produces titles, descriptions and tags, letting users search images by time or keyword. It also sorts them into groups such as receipts, whiteboards and parking spots. The company says A. log works with every model of Meta's AI glasses, including Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2, and with Android phones; on Android it arrived through an update to the A. app. Sensitive information such as identity numbers is masked automatically before images are analysed. The company says photos are not kept on its servers and stay only on the user's device. SK Telecom intends to join the feature to A. Note so that photos and notes can be reviewed together.[1]
Free transcription, 15 dollars a month
Meeting note-taker Circleback opened a free plan with unlimited transcription and 30 days of history. It also lowered its cheapest paid plan from 20.83 dollars to 15 dollars a month billed annually, as competition among AI note-takers tightens. The free plan covers the mobile and Apple Watch apps, querying the transcript, and Linear and Slack integrations; full integrations, unlimited history and API and MCP access stay behind the paid plans. Founded in 2023, the company in 2024 raised 2.5 million dollars; it has eight employees, says it has been profitable since 2024, and puts its annual recurring revenue at about 8 million dollars. Co-founder Ali Haghani described the free tier as a way to put the product in front of more people, and said the company does not buy ads.[2]
On-device photos, 30 days of transcript history
A. log produces titles, descriptions and tags from photos so images can be searched by time or keyword; Circleback transcribes meeting audio without a cap and lets users query the transcript. One says photos from Meta AI glasses and Android phones stay on the user's device; the other leaves 30 days of history on the free plan and keeps API and MCP access on the paid side. The two may both turn captured media — photos or meeting audio — into a searchable store without a person writing filing labels by hand; Circleback may instead be cutting its entry price in a crowded meeting-note market while A. log remains a photo feature inside SK Telecom's A. app.[1], [2]
