Harmony divides sales calls among specialized voice models
monday.com launched Harmony, a voice AI platform that assigns smaller models to different sales-conversation tasks. It combines calling, lead qualification, follow-up, customer-record updates and transfers to human representatives. The product incorporates technology acquired from OneAI. A visual builder controls conversation flows, while developer access operates within the account permissions of the user who created the key.

Smaller models divide the work of a sales call
monday.com launched Harmony, a voice AI platform for enterprise sales conversations. It assigns smaller language models to particular tasks, including qualifying a lead, collecting information and handling objections. A real-time orchestration system coordinates the models. In an interview, Harmony head Vitali Margolin described the need to recognize voicemail or navigate a call answered by someone other than the intended contact.[1], [2]
Calls connect to customer records and human representatives
The product incorporates voice technology acquired from OneAI, a voice-agent technology company. Telephony uses Twilio, a communications platform. Harmony provides inbound routing, caller identification, consent controls and updates to customer relationship management records. Connections include HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and Pipedrive. An agent can transfer a qualified conversation to a human representative with a briefing, while a visual builder configures call flows, branches, prompts and tools.[1]
Developer access follows the account user’s permissions
The developer interface supports creating or updating contacts, importing batches of up to 1,000 contacts and retrieving call histories and transcripts. Access keys act as the user who created them in that user’s account. Integrations distributed across multiple Harmony customers are not yet supported. Agents identify themselves as AI by default, and the platform offers consent, recording and audit-trail controls whose compliance depends on configuration.[1]
