Claude Enterprise links team activity reports to shared spending limits
Claude Enterprise now offers team reports, surveys and pooled budgets. Administrators can examine sampled conversations by workflow, see expenditure and ask staff about their experience. Shared monthly allowances operate alongside individual limits, with reports intended to track adoption and support planning rather than employment decisions.

Shared limits stop spending at the first ceiling
Anthropic’s Claude Enterprise service for organizations now lets a group share a monthly budget while retaining each member’s spending limit. Every request uses both allowances, and work stops when either is exhausted. A member who reaches a limit can ask administrators for additional spending from inside Claude. Billing administrators can also raise limits directly from a team report.[1]
Reports group conversations by workflow
The features opened on 28 October include reports that examine a sample of team conversations. Administrators select a team, period and products, then see workstreams, deliverables and expenditure alongside recurring problems such as missing connectors. Questions about usage and spending can be saved as templates. Anthropic says these reports are not intended for individual performance assessment or employment decisions.[1]
Surveys follow the organization’s retention schedule
In-app surveys collect employees’ accounts of their experience. Administrators control the questions, recipients, timing and placement, and can export incoming answers to a spreadsheet. Surveys can be enabled with customer-managed encryption keys. Where an organization applies one retention period, survey responses follow its deletion schedule. Eligibility for the newly available features varies with the organization’s data-protection configuration.[1]
