KT opens a portal that recommends AI solutions from company needs
South Korean telecommunications company KT has opened AX Biz Portal to help businesses plan artificial intelligence adoption. A six-question consultation tool produces recommendations based on a company’s use of data and operational needs. The platform also groups guidance by industry, business task and adoption stage, with access to consultations from KT and technology partners.

KT launches industry-specific adoption guidance
KT, the South Korean telecommunications company, announced the opening of its AX Biz Portal on 5 November. The online platform brings together artificial intelligence adoption examples, solutions and consulting services for businesses. Companies can browse by industry and business task to examine approaches suited to their operations. KT says businesses recognize the need to adopt AI but often struggle to identify suitable technologies.[1], [2]
Six answers shape a recommendation report
The portal’s AX Solution Consultant asks six questions about a company’s situation, including its use of data and its need to improve business processes. It then produces a report recommending approaches and technologies. Those recommendations cover directions such as improving customer service, making use of data and developing AI services. The assessment uses the company’s responses as the starting point for the suggested solutions.[1]
Guidance follows pilot projects into expansion
KT organizes adoption into discovery, pilot operation, expansion and optimization, providing guidance for each stage. The portal also describes its infrastructure and agent services and allows companies to request consultations with experts from KT and domestic or international technology partners. KT says it plans to develop the platform beyond an information service to support strategy design, implementation and the expansion of business projects.[1]
