The Followills take full production control

US band Kings of Leon have released O My Beloved, their tenth studio album and their first full-length project with all production handled by the group. Caleb, Nathan, Jared and Matthew Followill make up the band. The album arrived on November 6 through Love Tap Records, with distribution handled by Virgin Music.[1], [2]

The band describes family, gratitude and shared history as themes of the new work. Its thirteen songs begin with Intro and end with Get You Down. The release follows advance tracks My Whole World, Cold Blue Dawn and KOYSAR, whose title shortens the phrase Kick Off Your Shoes and Run.[1]

The album brings new songs to the repertoire

Other songs include The Hand, Rose, Make It Count, Feel The Love, Blue Jeans and Diamonds, Warm Company, Forever Endeavor and Pretty Thing. Cold Blue Dawn also received a lyric video made with the US weather broadcaster The Weather Channel, using satellite topography from the US space agency NASA.[1]

Thirty cities are announced for the album tour

The band also announced a 2027 North American tour promoted by Live Nation. The 30-city route across the United States and Canada starts in Bristow, Virginia, on May 8 and ends at New York’s Madison Square Garden on October 15. Band of Horses and Dexter and The Moonrocks join on different dates. The announced programme combines new songs with earlier catalogue material.[1]
