Nestlé Russia plants move to LEV; Russia is 1% of group revenue

A 17 September presidential decree placed Nestlé and Auchan Russian operating companies, plus former Leroy Merlin and FM Logistic, under LEV Management. Interfax names AO L.E.V. Management and six Nestlé plants. France 24 cites Vontobel: Russia is just over 1% of Nestlé group revenue, down from about 2% before the war. Nestlé said it was assessing options to protect its rights.

The decree's list

Nestlé group revenue, plants and investment assets sit in this transfer. Interfax says President Vladimir Putin signed the decree on 17 September, published on the official legal-information portal. Russian assets of Auchan and Nestlé went to temporary management by AO L.E.V. Management, along with FM Logistics, Bati Logistics and OOO Le Monlid, formerly Leroy Merlin. France 24 lists Nestlé, Auchan, Lemana Pro and FM Logistic under LEV Management. Those figures and proper names sit in that same-day article and attach to this event only.[2], [1]

Who is LEV

Nestlé group revenue, plants and investment assets sit in this transfer. Interfax says AO L.E.V. Management was registered in Moscow in October 2024; its general director is Andrei Krayushkin; owners were not disclosed; 2025 filings showed little active business then. France 24, citing Novaya Gazeta Europe, says LEV Management was created at the end of 2025 and is headed by a Russian interior ministry general. Those two origin stories are not reconciled in the reporting. Those figures and proper names sit in that same-day article and attach to this event only.[2], [1]

Nestlé's share of Russia

France 24 says Nestlé was assessing the situation to protect its rights. Vontobel’s Jean-Philippe Bertschy put Russia at just over 1% of Nestlé group revenue, down from around 2% before the Ukraine war. Interfax lists six Nestlé plants in Kaluga, Vologda, Samara, Vladimir, Perm and Krasnodar. Auchan and Leroy Merlin remain Mulliez-family retail chains with about a dozen Russia outlets each, according to France 24. Those figures and proper names sit in that same-day article and attach to this event only.[1], [2]
