Two first-half goals establish the lead
Barcelona’s women beat Køge in Denmark 8–0 away to claim their third successive Champions League victory and retain the outright league-phase lead. Caroline Graham Hansen opened the scoring with a 12th-minute penalty. Ewa Pajor made it 2–0 in the 33rd minute from a move involving Clàudia Pina. Graham Hansen also hit the woodwork before the interval, while Køge struggled to create clear counterattacking chances.[1], [2]
Six more goals after the interval
Esmee Brugts headed in the third goal in the 54th minute. Patri Guijarro added a close-range backheel before Serrajordi scored from outside the penalty area. Substitute Kika Nazareth then finished Pajor’s delivery in the 67th minute. Pina scored in the 70th and 85th minutes, with Kika providing both assists. Barcelona turned the two-goal half-time advantage into an eight-goal final margin.[1], [2]
Romeu reaches his 100th coaching win
The result was Pere Romeu’s 100th victory as Barcelona coach. His side preserved a perfect record across three league-phase matches. Kika’s contribution came after she replaced Aitana Bonmatí in the 63rd minute. The Portuguese international scored her first goal of the season after a left-thigh injury had disrupted its opening weeks and another spell out had ended two weeks earlier.[1], [2]
