Grokipedia puts featured articles and edits on its new homepage
SpaceXAI refreshed Grokipedia’s design with its v0.3 release. The AI-generated encyclopedia now displays featured articles, popular entries and recent edits on a homepage that previously centered on a search box. Article tables and spacing also changed. The redesign follows a return of editing activity after months in which entries appeared to stay unchanged.

Version 0.3 refreshes the encyclopedia
SpaceXAI launched Grokipedia v0.3 with a refreshed visual design on September 30. The AI-generated encyclopedia is the company’s alternative to Wikipedia. The release changes how visitors browse entries and follow editing activity, following the earlier versions introduced in October and November 2025.[1], [2]
Homepage moves beyond the search box
The old homepage largely consisted of a logo and search box. It now has separate areas for featured articles, the most-read entries and the latest edits. Featured entries appear as digital books that visitors can rotate, while popular entries sit on a horizontally scrolling shelf of book spines. The updated live-edits page displays more recent changes at once.[1]
Article pages have restyled key-fact tables and tighter line spacing. In Jay Peters’s comparison, the articles themselves otherwise look largely the same.[1]
Editing resumes after a long pause
An August Lawfare investigation said no entry appeared to have changed in more than three months. The redesign follows renewed editing activity. SpaceXAI’s design head Benji Taylor announced the refresh, and the company did not immediately answer The Verge’s request for comment. Grokipedia initially launched with pages cloned from Wikipedia using AI.[1]
