Nevis raises 70 million dollars to expand AI tools for advisers

Nevis has raised 70 million dollars in a Series B led by EQT Ventures, bringing total funding to 110 million dollars. Its software brings client information and administrative tasks into one platform for wealth advisers. The company plans more agent features and connections to other financial software, while the round adds investors and a new board member.

The funding round

Nevis, a New York company building artificial-intelligence software for wealth management firms, raised 70 million dollars in a Series B round led by venture investor EQT Ventures. TNW and WealthManagement.com report that total funding has reached 110 million dollars. Charles Schwab, the US brokerage, and QuantumLight, the venture fund of Revolut founder Nik Storonsky, joined as new backers.[1], [2]

Earlier investors Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ and Ribbit Capital also participated. The company emerged from stealth in December 2025 with 40 million dollars in financing, including a 35 million dollar Series A. Mark Swan, Philipp Burda and Ivan Chalov founded Nevis after working at Revolut. Swan leads the company, with Burda responsible for products and Chalov for operations, according to TNW.[1], [2]

Client information and administrative work

The platform brings together customer information, meeting notes, financial planning and account paperwork. Its AI agents are software systems that carry out multi-step tasks for advisers, including preparing plans and opening client accounts. TNW describes these functions as part of the product already offered. WealthManagement.com describes a unified platform intended to automate workflows across wealth management firms, with United Capital, IEQ Capital and GC Wealth among its customers.[1], [2]

Nevis plans to use the fresh funding to add agent features, connect with more custodians and other wealth software, and expand its product and sales teams, TNW reports. The connections described in the plan are with the institutions holding client assets and with software used in advisers’ existing work. These are the uses of funding the company has outlined rather than additional features reported as completed in this round.[1]

Partners and board changes

WealthManagement.com reports a strategic partnership with Focus Financial Partners to make Nevis’s enterprise platform available across the firm and its subsidiaries. Focus has not disclosed the size of its investment. The publication also reports Nevis’s earlier acquisition of Ledra AI, a conversational and voice AI startup, for the development of a voice and analytics agent. That acquisition took place in the previous December. EQT Ventures head Carolina Brochado is joining the board as part of the investment. WealthManagement.com also identifies EQT Ventures partner Kaushik Subramanian as a new board observer. The publication reports that the previous Series A valued Nevis at 200 million dollars. The new round’s participants include both returning investors and the newly participating brokerage and venture fund.[2], [1]
