QPilot Workspace brings firm knowledge into proposal drafting

QorusDocs has introduced a shared workspace where proposal teams and AI agents work with staff experience, past projects and approved answers. The product connects drafting and review inside Microsoft 365, with access through other AI assistants. People retain responsibility for client strategy while software gathers material and prepares documents.

Proposals draw on a firm’s own experience

QorusDocs, a software company serving proposal teams, launched QPilot Workspace on 27 October. The shared environment connects business-development staff with AI agents that prepare pitches and responses to requests for proposals. Its intended users include legal, professional-services, technology, architecture, engineering and construction firms. The product brings company-specific information into the writing process: who can deliver a project, what work they have already completed and which answers have been approved for reuse.[1], [2]

Agents collect material while people review

According to QorusDocs, agents retrieve biographies, project examples, research and approved material as an opportunity progresses. They prepare an initial response from existing answers and apply the firm’s formatting through templates. Staff retain strategy, client understanding and relationship management. The workspace spans gathering evidence, drafting, collaborative review and assessment after the pursuit closes. Word and PowerPoint provide the finished documents within Microsoft 365, linking document production to the information used to assemble the proposal.[1]

The company’s existing content-indexing documentation describes twice-daily refreshes, plus manual refreshes by administrators. Its QPilot guide includes selecting source libraries, pointing to particular documents and references accompanying generated answers. Structured fields can supply dates, text and choices to document templates. Smart Search can draw on the five best-matching answers when composing a response to a question. The material comes from selected libraries and documents targeted for the response. The guide also describes choosing particular documents when asking a question and using retrieved material in responses, linking drafting with the maintenance of company knowledge.[2]

Connections extend to other assistants

New connections use Model Context Protocol, a standard through which AI tools access outside systems, to make QorusDocs available inside Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT. Other connected systems include Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot and Gong, supplying customer and deal context. QorusDocs says its platform uses Microsoft Azure OpenAI and accesses information in the customer’s Microsoft 365 environment. It also says that customer information is excluded from training public models; that privacy assurance comes from the company. Its platform page also describes permissions tied to roles and approval workflows for handling company information.[1], [2]
