Six songs follow the March album

Virginia rapper Nettspend released Virginia Creeper on 30 October, following his March album early life crisis. The six-song short release takes its name from a vine native to his home state. Its opening track is same language, followed by Get Guap and 6weeks. LL50, nite nite and JSX complete the running order. The production team includes CXO, zoot, zuro, exset, 1Deep and rapper Che.[1], [2]

LL50 commemorates BloodHound Q50

LL50 is dedicated to BloodHound Q50, Nettspend’s late friend and fellow musician. CXO handled production on the track. Nettspend introduced some of the new material earlier in October at the III Points Music Festival in Miami, Florida. That appearance included LL50, which he played twice. Before the short release, he had also collaborated with Che on KickAss (Pull Up Pls).[1]

Earlier recordings trace the route to Virginia Creeper

Nettspend released sober, a single with production by reklus1ve in August. Its black-and-white video included his mother and his collaborator OsamaSon. OsamaSon and NBA YoungBoy also appeared on early life crisis, which Nettspend followed with a headline tour and performances at Lollapalooza and Rolling Loud. Born Gunner Shepardson, the Richmond musician made early recordings using BandLab and released Drankdrankdrank in 2023.[1]
