New headline dates
Manchester indie-rock band Courteeners announced summer 2027 headline concerts on November 3. The new programme begins at Lincoln Castle, a historic site in Lincoln, England, on June 11. NME reports that the dates join previously announced appearances at Neighbourhood Weekender and the Isle of Wight Festival. Stuck in the Middle separately confirms the Lincoln concert as part of the Live at Lincoln Castle series.[1], [2]
The route through summer
NME lists Scarborough Open Air Theatre on June 12, Newcastle Exhibition Park on July 8 and Halifax Piece Hall on July 9 among the new stops. Ludlow Castle is also included. The programme closes with Sheffield’s Rock N Roll Circus on August 28. For Lincoln, Stuck in the Middle reports that Lincolnshire County Council is working with promoter Cuffe and Taylor, a company within Live Nation.[1], [2]
Two decades of songs
The shows follow God Bless the Band, the compilation released in August to mark twenty years together. Both reports say it draws on seven studio albums and adds The Luckiest Man Alive and Plus One Forever as new songs. Stuck in the Middle recalls that debut album St. Jude came out in 2008 and reached number one in the British album chart after its anniversary reissue in 2023.[1], [2]
