Nscale files to list on the NYSE under the ticker NSCL

CNBC said London-based Nscale applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange as NSCL after posting 140.6 million dollars of revenue and a 1.02 billion dollar net loss in the six months ended 30 June 2026. SiliconANGLE, covering the same 18 September filing, added a 44.6 billion dollar Anthropic infrastructure contract and said Bloomberg sources had put a raise of up to 3 billion dollars against a 14.6 billion dollar March valuation.

First-half revenue jumped; the loss widened past a billion dollars

CNBC, citing the prospectus, said Nscale reported 140.6 million dollars of revenue and a 1.02 billion dollar net loss in the six months ended 30 June 2026, with revenue up 1,252 per cent from 10.4 million dollars a year earlier and the year-ago loss 368.9 million dollars. SiliconANGLE repeated the 140.6 million dollar revenue, the more than 1,250 per cent jump and the 1.02 billion dollar loss as a nearly threefold increase from twelve months earlier. Neither desk treated the filing as a priced deal; share count and range were still blank.[1], [2]

The NYSE ask sits on a March valuation and a West Virginia Anthropic book

CNBC said investors valued Nscale at 14.6 billion dollars in a March funding round, that Nvidia agreed to guarantee up to 860 million dollars on a Texas data-centre lease, and that more than 8 billion dollars of debt sat on the books excluding a Dell financing line, with one unnamed customer more than half of first-half revenue. SiliconANGLE said sources told Bloomberg last month the company is seeking up to 3 billion dollars, repeated the 14.6 billion dollar March valuation, and wrote that a 44.6 billion dollar Anthropic deal would buy about 460 megawatts at the West Virginia campus. The prospectus, in that account, also showed 3.1 billion dollars of convertible notes, at least 1 billion dollars of them to Nvidia.[1], [2]

NSCL is the ticker; Goldman, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley hold the book

CNBC said Nscale applied to list ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under NSCL, counted more than 1,000 full-time staff as of 31 August 2026, and named Blue Owl, Dell, Nvidia, Fidelity and Point72 among investors after a 2024 spin from Arkon Energy. Remaining performance obligations in that prospectus reading were 56.4 billion dollars, with 25,000 active GPUs and 461,000 active or contracted as of 31 August. SiliconANGLE likewise said the company plans to list as NSCL and did not disclose how much it hopes to raise in the offering itself.[1], [2]
