Jabil annual revenue grows 21 per cent as AI infrastructure demand expands

Jabil reported a 21 per cent rise in fiscal-2026 revenue to 36.0 billion dollars, with management pointing to AI infrastructure demand and newly opened production capacity. Its fourth-quarter results were preliminary and unaudited. The electronics manufacturer also set a 44.5 billion dollar revenue outlook for the next fiscal year, alongside separate reported and adjusted profit measures.

Jabil completes a stronger fiscal year

Jabil, an electronics manufacturing-services company, released fourth-quarter and full fiscal-year results on September 30 for the period ended August 31. The preliminary, unaudited results show growth in annual revenue. Management linked its expansion to demand for artificial-intelligence infrastructure and new production capacity brought online.[1], [2]

Annual net revenue reached 36.0 billion dollars, up 21 per cent. Reported operating income was 1.7 billion dollars, while the company’s core measure put it at 2.1 billion dollars. Reported diluted earnings per share were 9.75 dollars, compared with 13.09 dollars on the core measure.[1]

Fourth-quarter operating income reaches 602 million dollars

Fourth-quarter net revenue was 10.6 billion dollars. Reported operating income reached 602 million dollars, with diluted earnings per share of 3.76 dollars. Core operating income was 675 million dollars, and core earnings per share were 4.40 dollars. The core figures exclude specified items, including intangible amortization, stock-based compensation and restructuring expenses.[1]

Next-year revenue outlook stands at 44.5 billion dollars

Jabil set its fiscal-2027 revenue outlook at 44.5 billion dollars and its core operating-margin outlook at 6.1 per cent. It forecast approximately 1.6 billion dollars in adjusted free cash flow. For the first quarter, the company expects revenue between 10.6 billion dollars and 11.4 billion dollars. These are management’s forward-looking estimates for the next reporting periods.[1]
