Bournemouth won 3-1 away to Sparta Prague to make it four wins from their opening Europa League games. Ebrima Singhateh put the hosts ahead, while Lewis Cook hit the post with a penalty for the visitors. Sparta could not protect their first-half lead

Sparta Prague went ahead against Bournemouth in the Europa League through an individual effort by Ebrima Singhateh. The visitors also failed to convert a penalty, with Lewis Cook sending his attempt against the post. Sparta lost Tobias Guddal to a second yellow card and continued with ten players. Bournemouth overturned their first-half deficit after the interval and finished the away match as 3-1 winners.[1], [2]

Adams equalised before Evanilson put the visitors ahead

Tyler Adams entered at half-time and struck a loose ball from just outside the penalty area to draw Bournemouth level. The visitors had to wait until the closing stages to find their winning goal. Receiving a pass from Ryan Christie, Evanilson turned in a crowded area and finished to put his team ahead. Evanilson had also started on the bench before helping overturn Singhateh’s opening goal.[1]

Rayan seals a fourth European win

Rayan settled the result with a long-range goal in the final minute. Every Bournemouth scorer had come on as a substitute: Adams brought the equaliser, Evanilson supplied the lead and Rayan extended the margin to two goals. The win meant Bournemouth had won all four opening games in their first European campaign. Their trip to Prague therefore extended Bournemouth’s perfect start in the Europa League.[1], [2]
