    Inmo recalled the Air3 smart glasses after the left temple can overheat during extended use.     Israel's Central Elections Committee voted on Wednesday to bar Ra'am and the Joint List from the 27 October parliamentary election. The Financial Times and i24NEWS both report that the lists can appeal to the Supreme Court and that the decisions are not final. i24NEWS put the vote against Ra'am at 18 to 5. Separate votes also named Hadash lawmaker Ofer Cassif and Balad chairman Sami Abu Shehadeh.

    External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar told Secretary of State Marco Rubio in New York on Wednesday that India had restated its concerns about the Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act.     Muse Charm is still unshipped after Meta showed the gadget

    At Meta Connect, Mark Zuckerberg introduced Muse Charm, a small standalone device for the Muse agent. TechCrunch reported that the component layout is unfinished and that Zuckerberg promised shipping in time for the December holidays. The Verge reported that the gadget does not need a phone, that only a few units exist, and that the outer finish is still open. Neither report is a shop listing.

    NASA moves the far-infrared PRIMA telescope into preliminary design

    NASA moved PRIMA, a far-infrared Probe Explorers mission, into Phase B, the preliminary-design step. If it passes confirmation, the project cap is 1.2 billion dollars excluding launch, with a 2033 target and a planned five-year flight. A 5.9-foot telescope would survey the wavelengths between Webb and radio dishes. Caltech reported the same confirmation and said JPL will develop and operate the observatory, with IPAC as the science center. Phase B is not flight approval.     The US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration opened a preliminary evaluation of five crashes in which vehicles using comma.ai devices hit slow or stopped vehicles in the same lane. Ars Technica and TechCrunch both report that two of those crashes killed three people. Ars Technica adds that eleven people were hurt. The review asks whether the aftermarket system detected the vehicle ahead.

    Norges Bank raised its policy rate from 4.25 per cent to 4.50 per cent at the 23 September meeting and left the door open to a further rise. Governor Ida Wolden Bache said inflation has stayed above the 2 per cent target for several years. RTE reported the same 25 basis point move to 4.5% and said the bank may hike again.
