Xinhua's stock: 282.35 trillion, up 4.9 percent

January-August new yuan loans were 10.44 trillion yuan: household loans fell 1.03 trillion, of which short-term fell 1.05 trillion and medium-and-long-term rose 18.8 billion; enterprise loans rose 11.26 trillion. The 60 billion yuan print is not a Xinhua line
The Xinhua bulletin does not isolate a single August new-loan print. Reuters' 60 billion yuan August flow is a separate calculation from the same PBOC drop. The two accounts overlap on the 10.44 trillion yuan January-August total and on 4.9 percent stock growth. Household contraction sits in both readings.[1], [2]
