1 billion dollars, and a peer that stopped

Wallapa Traisorat said Asset World aims to raise at least 1 billion dollars by placing 4 hotels and an office worth about 48 billion baht, or 1.44 billion dollars, into a trust. Foreign institutions taking about half of the initial offering, and a Thai listing target in early 2027, are her description too.[1]

Minor International postponed a trust of roughly 1 billion dollars last month over a higher-yield concern. That yield objection is the constraint in front of Asset World's raise. An alternative reading is that the Empire building and the 4 hotels are a different portfolio from Minor's, and the postponement does not set this offering's price.[1]

The interest line is the company's, and the paper is 29 September

Wallapa said a market survey found strong interest, that the trust is designed to raise capital and strengthen the balance sheet, and that detail comes on 29 September after the SEC filing. The spending plan is 100 billion baht through 2030. The portfolio is 25 hotels, 5 offices and 11 retail properties. The Empire appraisal in Bangkok is about 25 billion baht. 9 further properties sit after the listing.[1]

The strong-interest sentence is Asset World's own survey. The SEC filing on 29 September is the paper that either carries the 1 billion dollar size and the 2027 listing target or leaves them off. An alternative is that foreign institutions have already indicated the half share she described, and the filing formalises that indication.[1]
