United fills its second prototype crew
United Autosports, the endurance-racing team, has named Sting Ray Robb, Ian Aguilera and Giorgio Roda for its second entry in the 2026–27 Asian Le Mans Series. They will share the number 22 ORECA 07 in Le Mans Prototype 2, or LMP2, a prototype racing class. The announcement brings Robb from single-seater racing into a crew alongside two drivers with experience of endurance competition.[1], [2]
Robb switches disciplines alongside Aguilera
American driver Robb is 25 and has spent four seasons in IndyCar, the North American single-seater series. Mexican driver Aguilera, 19, progressed through karting, Ginetta Junior and the Ligier European Series. He took podium finishes in the European Le Mans Series in the LMP3 class in 2025 before moving up to LMP2 with CLX Motorsport in 2026. The team said his debut at the Le Mans 24 Hours ended fifth in class.[1]
Roda returns after five poles in six sessions
Italian driver Roda raced for United Autosports in the previous Asian campaign. The team said he secured five pole positions from six qualifying sessions that season. His return brings familiarity with both the team and the car. The sister entry’s drivers, Phil Fayer, Mikkel Jensen and Hunter McElrea, had already been announced. The new trio completes the crew for the team’s second car in the coming campaign.[1]
